The Dolphins are the only competitive synchronized swimming program in the Rochester, NY area. With a twenty year history as a youth recreational program, the team has become regionally and nationally competitive over the last nine years. Members have qualified for competition in the Age Group National Championships for the last nine years.

The Dolphins team consists of approximately 20 girls who range in age from 8 to 18. They compete in various age groups, swimming solos, duets, trios, and team (4-8). The Dolphins practice three times a week at the Harley School. An introductory programs is also offered cooperatively with the SouthEast YMCA.
